Perpetual Motion

I've got a theory, and I think I may have just invented perpetual motion.

If you've got a superconductive ring, and you put a current into it then the current should move forever around the ring. It's a charge density shift that will continue indefinitely because no energy is dissipated. That's not perpetual motion though. The key thing is that a ring like that with charge moving through it would create a magnetic field going upwards from the center of the ring. If you put a permanent magnet in the middle of the ring It'll begin moving. If you did this in space where nothing is there to interfere the magnet should move forever. Moreover because magnetic fields extend indefinitely the magnet should accelerate forever. Granted the acceleration will go down exponentially but under ideal circumstances it would still work.

Now I just need to find ideal circumstances...

Damn....but how could you apply that to something techie?

Also...I thought space wasn't entirely empty....like there's methane floating around here and there....and other magnetic/gravity feilds would throw things off....
